Priyanka Chopra can at least promote Bharat if she loved the script so much, opines Salman Khan

The tiff between Priyanka Chopra and Salman Khan became the talk o the town when the former walked out of 'Bharat' owing to her impending wedding with Nick Jonas. Salman was miffed by PeeCee's choice and wanted her to act more professionally. But he came over the grudge and attended her reception too and proved that his commitments are his priorities after all.

Now when we are just a week away from Bharat's release, Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, who filled in for Priyanka after she left, are busy promoting the movie. In the interviews Salman has been using ways, far from being sly, to take constant digs at Priyanka Chopra.

In one interview, while commenting on Chopra choosing her personal commitments over professional ones, Salman said that people leave their husbands for films like Bharat. In another one he said that Priyanka can at least promote the film. Salman said she is not there in the film but she had loved the script so much.

Well, that's not an unfair demand at all. PeeCee can do that for a script she fell in love with, in the first place. On work front Priyanka is in Ethiopia these days for UNICEF's education program before which she made her debut on the red carpet of Cannes International Film Festival 2019.

Bharat, on the other hand, is the remake of a Korean drama, An Ode to My Father. It showcases the journey of a nation and man over decades. The movie has already created a lot of positive buzz and the fans are awaiting it's release.
