Priya Shinde of Splitsvilla fame, after doing a few cameos for shows like Geet Hui Sabse Parayi and Hamari Saas Leela, has now returned to the small screen.

The latest we hear is that Priya Shinde has bagged a parallel lead role in Shakuntalam Telefilms' Me Ajji Aur Saheb on Imagine TV.

A source states,"The show will soon take a leap where Komal and Megha both would grow up and the story will carry forward with Priya Shinde essaying the role of Komal. Komal is a very intelligent and hard working girl but not as pretty as Megha. Megha on the other has the beauty but lacks the brains."

We contacted Priya Shinde and she confirms, "Yes, I would start shooting from the first week of April and I hope the audience likes my character. I am essaying Komal."

We wish Priya Shinde for her second innings!

I think the article writer has got it incorrect..Megha is the lead and she is the one with brains.And i don't want the show to take a leap so soon..aaji and little girl are fantastic.

whoever has written this article probably has done it in her sleep. she has got mixed up with komal juhi and megha. komal is intelligent but not pretty and juhi might be pretty but not intelligent...and megha is the main lead guys she has to be pretty and brainy both otherwise who's gonna watch it.

@ P.K.LELE Ya ofcourse Geet show was very nasty that,s the reason your show stole all romantic scenes from Geet and trying to copy MSK attitude and style and Geet style.BT MSK and Geet are one and only one.
you hear this well.

i think tb has got a misundrstd story... hw can megha lack brains whreas she is shown much smarter nd much intelligent dan juhi... mayb it is juhi hu is much prettier buh lacks brains... da show seems 2 b nyc.. lets c hw it cums up aftr da leap... buh if megha is lackn da brains dan dis is fake cz dey r shown it vry clearly dat megha is vry much clever..
