Pravisht Mishra on Barrister Babu going off air: The first reaction was of course disappointment

Barrister Babu on Colors has been grabbing a lot of attention in the recent times and while the show is slated to go off-air next months, fans of the show as well as actor Pravisht Mishra have been hoping for an extension for the longest time now. However, the show will be going off-air after all and replacing it will be Sirf Tum, featuring Vivian Dsena and Eisha Singh.

Meanwhile, Pravisht, who plays the role of Anirudh Babu on the show, spoke to India Forums in a brief conversation about the show going off-air and if the low TRPs concerned him, especially when there are other shows with lower TRPs still running on TV. Ask him what was his first reaction on the news and if it is still sinking in, and he tells us, ''Yes, the feeling is still sinking in and I am still trying to process that. The first reaction was of course disappointment and sadness, but the immediate reflex thought was everything has to end for something better to start, so just acceptance as a whole.''

 Many have spoken about how there are different shows with lower TRPs and if that affects him at all, and he tells us, ''  I feel that as an actor, I should only be thinking about performing and outperforming myself and doing better each day and not getting into the commercial bit of it. There are people and much smarter people for that and I should allow them to do their work.'' 

 Meanwhile, the current track of the show revolves around Anirudh going missing while Bondita is pregnant. Batuk has taken Anirudh’s place as he looks exactly like him. In addition, Tapur and Somnath are coming closer.
