Prateik Babbar finds his soulmate in Sanya Sagar

Prateik Babbar has marked his presence in films like, "Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na", "Dum Maaro Dum", "Aarakshan", "My Friends Pinto" and "Ek Deewana Tha" to name a few. During his growth in the film career, the actor started dating actress Amy Jackson but, their relationship didn't work out well. And soon Babbar went under depression and started taking drugs. not just his personal life but, his professional life too saw a major downfall. With the help and support of his family, the talented actor came out from the dark journey by the rehab and now he is all set to for his upcoming film, "Baaghi 2" that stars Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani in the lead roles.

While talking about his personal life, the actor has been a close friend of Sanya Sagar for 8 years but, they started dating each other in early 2017. And now, the duo is all set to take the relationship to next level. Talking about Sanya, she is a budding writer from Lucknow while her father is a politician.

A source close of Prateik revealed, "The engagement will be a close-knit affair. Their families are tight-lipped about it, as Prateik wants to go a little easy and stay away from the limelight unless it's work-related. While they have decided to get engaged in Lucknow, the date is subject to change as the families are yet to finalise a few things."

The engagement will take place on January 22, 2018, in Lucknow.
