Prabhakar Sail and Narcotics Control Bureau

Prabhakar Sail eyewitness in Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan’s drug case, was questioned by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) for four hours till Tuesday midnight.

According to a CNN-News18 report, after questioning Prabhakar for about four hours, his statements were recorded by the NCB.

Now, the police have reportedly begun their preliminary enquiry in the case.

NCB had reportedly summoned Prabhakar for interrogation in connection with allegations of corruption levelled by him against NCB witness Kiran Gosavi and Sameer Wankhede, the zonal officer in charge of the case.

The bodyguard of NCB witness Kiran Gosavi, had alleged that Gosavi took Rs 50 lakh from an individual after the raid at the cruise ship.

Sali had said, "I worked as a bodyguard of Kiran Gosavi. I assisted him during the Mumbai cruise drugs case."

However, the NCB named Sail as a hostile witness in its affidavit in court.

The Narcotics Control Bureau had arrested Aryan Khan, son of actor Shah Rukh Khan in the cruise drug case investigation on October 2.

Prabhakar Sail, the 'independent witness', in a statement to the media, claimed that Rs 25 crore was demanded by an official of the NCB and other persons, including absconding witness K.P. Gosavi, to let off Aryan Khan in the case.

The Bombay High Court will resume hearing on the bail application of Aryan Khan in the Mumbai cruise drug case today.

He was arrested by the NCB after they busted an alleged rave party on a Goa-bound luxury cruise in Mumbai along with Arbaaz Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha and others.

In a recent update of the case two co-accused Manish Rajgarhiya and Avin Sahu were granted bail on October 26.

The two accused were granted bail subject to furnishing bail bonds to the tune of Rs 50,000.

They are the first two persons to have secured bail in the ongoing Aryan Khan drug case.
