Powerful icon: Masaba Gupta shares throwback picture of Neena Gupta with Mother Teresa on her 63rd birthday

Neena Gupta has been receiving heartfelt birthday greetings from her family and friends as she celebrates her 63rd birthday today. While the renowned actress has gotten lovely messages from everyone; Masaba Gupta, her daughter has the best wish for her. On Neena's special day, her daughter posted some never-before-seen and rarely-seen retro photos on her social media account.

Sharing the photos, Masaba captioned it, 

"I mean, find me a more powerful icon! THE GREATEST! Happy Birthday Mom!" 

The pictures feature Neena from her younger days, while the second photo happens to be from the time Neena Gupta met Mother Teresa. In another picture, Neena can be seen with a newborn baby Masaba. Many fans and followers wished the actress in the comment section. Smriti Irani wrote: "Birthday greetings @neena_gupta ji," Meiyang Chang commented, “Neena Ji is timeless!”

Masaba is the proud daughter of Vivian Richards, the great West Indian cricketer, and veteran Indian actress Neena Gupta.

Neena is now enjoying the popularity of Amazon Prime Video's Panchayat 2, in which she co-stars Jitendra Kumar and Raghubir Yadav. Then there's Vikas Bahl's Goodbye and Sooraj Barjatya's Unnchai, in which Parineeti Chopra, Amitabh Bachchan, Sarika, and Anupam Kher feature.

Masaba, on the other hand was recently seen in the Amazon Prime Video web series Modern Love: Mumbai, which was directed by Dhruv Sehgal and also featured Ritwik Bhowmik in a chapter titled I Love Thane. It is an Indian adaptation of the popular US series of the same name.
