'P.O.W. - Bandhi Yudh Ke' wins international accolades in Seoul Drama Awards
It's the first Indian series to win at the award show.

The critically acclaimed show P.O.W. - Bandhi Yudh Ke adapted from the international series Hatufim has won a special Jury Award at the Seoul Drama Awards held in Korea earlier this week. In addition, actor, Satyadeep Mishra also won Best Drama Actor at the same event for essaying the role of Capt. Imaan Khan in the show.
This is the first time a show from India has been felicitated at these awards.
Ecstatic at this unexpected recognition, the series director, Nikkhil Advani shared "At the onset, we knew our project was going to challenge the daily diet of television in India. I am humbled and pleased that our show has additionally found acceptance across borders in South East Asia."
Speaking on behalf of the producers, Emmay's Madhu Bhojwani had this to say -
"All our subjects are treated with the utmost sincerity and authenticity, irrespective of whether it is for TV, digital or cinema. So proud of and grateful to our cast and crew for believing in the show."
The company continues to build its foray into the television medium and is currently developing three programmes commissioned by popular satellite channels and digital platforms.

POW was the best show on Indian Television has presented in the last two decades. It is sad that viewers prefer to watch regressive shows and not a good quality show like POW. Glad to see that other countries appreciated it. It deserves all the accolades. Satyadeep and the entire team deserve kudos.

Glad that atleast others have the respect for the show while our very own award shows didnt had the guts to acknowledge and appreciate the gem of a show that POW was! Anyways congratulations to entire team and especially to Sattu urf Satyadeep Misra. Well deserved!

Congrats to Satyadeep Mishra and teh entire cast and crew of P.O.W.. P.O.W. is the best India TV serial till date, with every aspect of it being perfect. It's sad that such an amazing show didn't get the appreciation it deserved in India, but I am so happy to that the show won the Seoul Drawa Awards and that it is the first serial to do so. Hope to see the cast in new projects soon.

Well deserved congratulations to each and everyone associated with the show and satyadeep. This show just rise the bar,still not able to involve and love any show so deeply. Want season 2 so badly but i know its not possible for obvious reasons

Congratulations to Nikhil Advani, Satyadeep Mishra & the rest of the awesome cast. P.O.W indeed was one of the finest shows in recent times on Indian TV. We need more finite shows of that caliber & content.
