Poulomi Das on Abrupt Ending of Kartik Purnima: It's unfortunate that they had to take this call!

Poulomi Das opens up on the makers decision to end Star Bharat's show Kartik Purnima. The Actress feels that it's unfortunate that they had to take this call.

Recently it was reported in the media that the makers of Star Bharat's show Kartik Purima has decided to end the show owing to the current Coronavirus pandemic. The Poulomi Das and Harsh Nagar starrer show went on air in February this year and the makers have now decided to end the show., spoke to the show's lead Actress, Poulomi Das on the show's abrupt ending. Speaking to the portal, Poulomi shared that it was an honor to be Purnima and she is really greatful towards her producer and channel to consider her for doing the fabulous job. Although it was just for a few months, Poulomi still feels that it's going to be there with her for the rest of her life.

She further added, "And pandemic situations are always unfortunate nobody was prepared for it neither were we. But again it's unfortunate that they had to take this call. As it is the show was going out of budget for the channel and the producer wasn't earning any thing." Poulomi also hopes that after lockdown, whoever lost their jobs find another project and start earning and get able to take care of their family.

However, Poulomi still believes in miracles and says, "I believe in miracles and I still feel that once things are fine we may shoot for the show as world has not got to see Kartik and Purnima's love story as it's yet untold. I would like to ask my fans and people who used to watch our show to pray and wish for miracle."
