Plea submitted in Delhi High Court against Swara Bhaskar & others

Swara Bhaskar is once again in the news for CAA-NRC protests. A recent throwback video had gone viral where Swara was seen inciting violence, advocate Sanjiv Kumar has filed an impleadment application in Delhi High Court seeking direction to open an FIR against the actress along with social activists Harsh Mander, Radio Jockey Sayema and AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan. The same application further alleges that pseudo-intellectuals, Urban Naxals, and the Tukde-Tukde gang had plotted the entire scenario before President Trump's India visit. Swara is still to answer to those allegations.

Swara has always been known to be the most vocal person when it comes to Indian Politics and Policy-Making. She is always seen as opinionated and strong as online bullying has never bothered her.

In the throwback video, Swara can be seen asking people to raise their voices against the government and take it to the streets.

how is asking people to protest in the name of humanity violence? this bjp government is a group of fascists who don't want anybody except hindus in this country -- kudos to her and everybody who has the guts to stand up against this injustice and all those who are andhbhakts of modi and his minions should be disgusted and ashamed of themselves.
