Piyush Sahdev who recently entered Star One's Geet Hui Sabse Parayi got a setback on the very first day of shoot. He was shooting for his introductory fight sequence and preferred to do the sets himself; he was to have a thumping fall on the ground in which he landed badly on his left knee.

A source from the set tells us, "Piyush dislocated his left knee cap and the doctor had to be summoned immediately on the sets. His knee is now in bandage and the doctor has asked him to take rest. However the actor continues to shoot for Geet".

Piyush Sahdev tells us, "Yes, my left knee is in bad shape, but I continue to shoot. I cannot afford to miss shoot as my character has just made his entry. The doctor has asked me not to strain much and I am managing somehow. The unit is great to work with and I am enjoying this stint".

Talking about his character Arjun, Piyush states, "Arjun is not a negative character; he is quite positive. And whatever he does is for the sake of his sister Nayantara (Karishma Randeva)".

Piyush tells us that he continues to work out in the gym without straining his leg. Ask him about the reason and he is quick to say, "The role I am playing in Geet requires me to have a very lean and trim body. Hence I cannot discontinue with my workout".

We hope Piyush gets well soon..

Actors job is one of the most taxing & laborious on top of that injuries i hope Piyush recovers soon even guru had shoulder dislocation... when he banged his hand in lift seen with Dhrashti.... my god how these actors continue to shoot... anyways God Blelss Them all...
