Pick of the Week: 12th - 18th May 08

We are back with the All-Famous Pick of the week!! So get ready for the "Special Tadka"!! With our new Addition "Blooper of the Week Award" which will be given to the most Shocking Blooper shown in a serial! Also look for the new addition, "Dialogue of the Week".


Banoo Main Teri Dulhan:

Scene of the week:
When Divya and Amar finally meet each other. Divya is talking on the phone, and wondering where Samrat is. Samrat tells her to turn around to see her true love, and she spots Amar, and both of them are finally reunited. Both are so excited to finally see each other that they both speak at the same time. Nervousness, joy, excitement, surprise, all emotions in one scene, portrayed beautifully by both Sharad & Divyanka

Dialogue of the week:
When Divya and Amar first see each other, Samrat's dialogue "Anjaan bheed main kisi apne ka chehra, yoon achanak apni aakhon ke saamne paana, Isse zyada koi aur khushi ka mauka nahi hota.." while unintentional, describes the feeling aptly for both Divya & Amar.

Style icon of the week:
Both Amar & Divya. Amar with his very short hair cut looks more dashing as ever, and Divya looks beautiful in the simple yet elegant Salwar kameez. They both looked lovely and coordinated in red while they completed the pooja, looking like a true couple. Divya looked beautiful in the red sari, and Amar looked good in his red shirt, reminding us of Saagar & Vidya.

Blooper of the week:
Amar's magical bandage... from his injury. One moment you see it...next you don't. Apparently Amar has a special bandage that can pull a vanishing act when it chooses to.

Ek Thi Rajkumari:

Scene of the week:
When Arjun proves his innocence and is in his room talking to Suman, and Priya enters the room asks for forgiveness from Arjun. The scene when he tells her its too late and when she should have listened to her heart she didn’t, and she never tried listening to what his heart said, he then keeps her hand on his chest and asks her can she tell what his heart says, there was a eye locking scene and a romantic song followed which was perfect as an icing to the cake, the scene was beautiful and a must watch....

Dialogue of the week:
Prem hears Nikki's Voice coming from Ranisa's room, she rushes downwards and Slips, Daima sees and smiles sarcastically saying in her mind that "As you sow so shall you reap", in comes evil mama mami's jodi who help Prem but Mamaji tells Prem "Yaar Prem Tum Kitne Gire Hue Ho" was a dialogue which was true but Mamaji reframed his sentence but the style in which the dialogue was delivered makes the audience laugh and Prem was irritated....

Style icon of the week:
Arjun all the way, he carried off his wardrobe very well.... And his presence brings positive vibes all around...

Blooper of the week:
Ranisaa orders the guards to throw Arjun out, as she is in no mood to hear and see what proof Arjun has... She goes, so does everyone, Arjun wanders in the Palace with Daima and the Gaurds don’t see Arjun.... Now that’s amusing, we understand Arjun's presence was required for him to prove his innocence but by not obeying a hitler kinda Rani sa... guards would have been in trouble if he had not used his brain and proved his innocence.

Annu Ki Ho Gayi Waah Bhai Waah:

Scene of the week:
The scene which broke the so long dragged suspense where Annu herself comes and reveals the truth, that she is not Gulshan but Annu who has been working in Victoria. Every one was shocked, but Annu's truth and her reason that made her lie to everyone so that she can become her father's son was a scene which deserved applause and was shot in a grand way too.

Dialogue of the week:
When SK comes to meet Annu at her place giving her pay check and telling her Victoria doesn’t keep anyone's due and Annu tells him that she wont apologize to him now, but she will apologize to him and the rest of the staff in Victoria's kitchen, whom she cheated all along, today he is her guest... This dialogue depicted Annu’s dedication and respect she had for her work all along.

Style icon of the week:
Annu, she looked pretty in the simple white suit, even the head chef outfit without the pagadi was carried off very well by her... No wonder her simplicity makes not only Ashu but everyone say "Waah Bhi Waah"

Blooper of the week:
Ashu is all set with the three sardar kids to propose Annu, he goes to a place as planned, gets out of his car and asks the children "are you ready"... That time he is wearing a purple coat... But when he reaches Annu's place to propose to her, the coat color changes to brown... Was that a miraculous shirt which changed its color on its own....??

This week's Blooper of the week award goes to the show Jhoome Jiya Re
Jiya, Dadi and Himani reach RAD, as per Himani, Dadi's plan to unfold the mystery dancer in front of Apurva, there is a natraj idol and diya's lighted in a circular circumference, Jiya starts dancing, when Himani and Dadi go and hide in one corner. When Apurva comes, the background changes; even the Diyas disappear...No wonder Apurva is surprised to see his hidden mystery dancer and they dance together, but still the Diyas have disappeared.... Audience is shocked where can Diyas disappear and how the idol of Natraj and background can change with a Blink of the eye.......... Guess this fact should be given to a detective to solve the case of the mysterious diyas.....
