Pearl V Puri reveals the reason behind ditching flights and driving from Mumbai to Agra to meet his parents!

Pearl V Puri has enthralled the viewers with his phenomenal acting performances over the years. The Actor recently drove from Mumbai to Agra to be with his parents. He, along with a friend took this long road journey last week instead of flights to be with his family in Agra. 

In a conversation with Hindustan Times, Pearl opened up and reveals the reason for choosing a road Journey over flight. The Actor stated that he doesn't think that flights are safe right now. He also mentioned that from what he has heard, many have been infected while on their way and since his parents are old, he didn't want to take a chance with their health. The Actor revealed that they stocked up on food and other essentials and stopped once or twice in between in unpopulated areas. 

Pearl further added that since the lockdown, his mother has been worried about his health. Post Sushant Singh Rajput's demise and after so much that has been happening around, his mother was more worried and would often end up crying on the phone. Pearl mentioned that it was one of the major reasons why he decided to take up this journey. 

Pearl also stated that the pandemic has definitely made us realise the importance of families in our lives.
