Pankaj Vishnu in Maharaja Ranjit Singh...!!

There has already been a buzz in the media about Life OK's upcoming show which is based on the life of Maharaja Ranjit Singh.

Pankaj Vishnu, who was last seen in Zee TV's Yeh Vaada Raha and has been a part of many popular shows like Pavitra Rishta, Hitler Didi, etc., has been roped in to play one of the important characters.

When contacted, Pankaj Vishnu confirmed the news saying, "Yes, I m playing 'Dal Singh,' commander of Mahaan Singh army and the Mama (uncle) of Maharaja Ranjit Singh. Initially, the character will be positive but will turn negative later. It is a very nice and different character. We had war sequences which were very demanding as we had to fight with heavy clothes , jewellery, armours, swords and of course, mount on the horse. It was fun but also exhaustive. We used to get up at 4am, get ready and start with a huge crowd as it was an all day shoot. Our director Prasad ji and famous action director Allan ameen helped us sail through. Producers Abhmnyu Singh and Rupali ma'am have not left any stone unturned to create this grand historical show!"

The makers have roped in known faces like Shaleen Bhanot and Sneha Wagh to play pivotal characters in the show.
