Actor Anuj Saxena became a household name back in the 2000s with his lead role in the show, 'Kkusum' and also with his stint in 'Kumkum-Ek Pyara Sa Bandhan'.
However, post that show, the actor wasn't active much on the television space apart from producing several shows. Anuj also ventured into films and is also a business tycoon.
Recently, the actor was embroiled in the controversy of the graft case where his co-accused and senior bureaucrat, B K Bansal commited suicide recently due to CBI's 'torture', apparently.
Owing to this, Anuj filed a plea of seeking anticipatory bail and mentioned that if he gets in the custody, he will see the same fate as B K Bansal did. He concluded by promising to co-operate in the investigation.
However, the Supreme Court rejected his plea and mentioned how other people are also in custody in the case and they haven't committed sucide! They also mentioned that every case differs from person to person and that CBI will take care of the matter.
Public Prosector, K P Singh said that, "Let him surrender first" as the allegations on the actor are really serious where he allegedly bribed Bansal so that there is no SFIO inspection against his company.
Anuj Saxena is the Chief Operation Officer of Elder Pharmaceuticals while Bansal wasa Director General in Corporate Affairs Ministry.

CBI people won't be harsh without a reason and they're infact the fastest division of police to find out the truth... I just hope this guy will be able to resist the investigations and not give up even more if he's not in the wrong

It's time to act now. People here in Uttarakhand don't need sympathetic tweets. They need to rebuild their towns and villages. They need funds." Respect!
