OMG! Soumya to end her life, on finding out that she is a Transgender in Shakti!

Colors' Shakti... Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki show is finally gaining the audiences' attention. The show that has got 2.5 TRPs last week and is expected to reach new heights with the newly induced high voltage drama.

Initially, there was speculation of a 'transgender' angle being introduced in the show. And it isfinallyhappening.

According to the latest promo of the show, Surbhi forces her mother (Reena Kapoor) to reveal the truth, as to why she is keeping the newly-weds Soumya (Rubina Dilaik) and Harman (Vivian Dsena) from consummating their marriage. Nimmi then reveals the harsh truth to Surbhi, but unfortunately Soumyaoverhears them. Soumya is distraught on knowing the truth and tries to commit suicide.

What???!

In the coming episodes, it will be revealed that Soumya is indeed a transgender. It will so happen that after knowing the truth, Soumya will slit her wrist as she would not be able to digest the fact and will try to end her life.

Soumya will be later admitted to the hospital wherein Harman,Preeto, Surbhi and Nimmi will be present by her side.

She will obviously be saved, however, the audience will have to wait and watch as to how will Soumya deal with her life post the revelation.
