Nostalgia: A trip down the memory lane of actor Rajeev Khandelwal!

One of the most loved actors of television, Rajeev Khandelwal celebrates his 40^th birthday today. The actor has won many accolades from the entertainment industry and gained immense love and popularity from his fans. He has had a serious and dedicated approach towards his acting career. Rajeev, who had joined twitter a few years back has also started blogging to connect with his friends and fans.

Also, throughout his acting career there have been many controversies associated with him. For instance, Rajiv slapped Kritika Kamra (was just a rumour) and many others. Lets  take you down to a nostalgic trip from Rajeev's television career.

 1.  Banphool (1998)

It was in the year 1998, when Rajeev made his debut with the show Banphool on Doordarshan. The actor looked like a royalty, playing a Maharaja on the show.

 2.  Kya Haadsa Kya Haqeeqat (2002)

Rajeev then moved forward to play the role of Raj Kamarkar in Sony TV's thriller show featuring short stories. Though he was new to Television, the actor seemed to please the audience with his charm.

 3.  Kahi To Hoga (2003-2005)

Rajeev then bagged his first project with Ekta Kapoor's Balaji Telefilms. It was the serial 'Kahi To Hoga' from where he slowly began to get recognized as a household name in the industry. He played the role of Suraj Garewal in this romantic drama series.

 4.  Time Bomb 9/11 (2005)

Rajeev appeared in an action packed performance in this show of Zee TV. The actor who started acting as a simpleton Prince had now expanded his horizons in field of acting.

 5.  Deal Ya No Deal  (2006)

Rajeev soon began hosting TV shows. Deal Ya No Deal was an adaptation of its US version,a game show with monetary benefits for the winner.

 6. Left Right Left (2006-2007)

Captain Rajveer Singh Shekhawat was one of the most popular character that Rajeev got known for. Rajeev portrayed the life struggles and other obstacles of army men in this series . He had proved himself as an actor with distinguished skills.

 7.  Sach Ka Saamna (2009)

The first season of Star Plus's much talked about show Sach Ka Saamna' was hosted by Rajveev Khandelwal. As a host for the show, Rajeev was seen quite dedicated and focused on the show. He was also offered to host the season 2 of the show. He later on, also hosted shows like 'Super Cars' and 'My Endeavour' by the year 2013.

 8.  Reporters (2014)

By this phase of his career Rajeev was a popular face in the industry. He was very well appreciated for his role of Kabir Sharma in Sony TV's reporters. However, the show would soon get off air for certain reasons. 

Well, it could be clearly concluded that ever since Rajeev made his debut there wasn't any shortage of projects for him. His continuous efforts and hard work made him what he is today.
