Nora Fatehi addressed the attention her comments on feminism had received. In a podcast conversation with Lilly Singh, she clarified that her remarks were taken out of context and exaggerated.

Nora clarifies her remarks regarding feminism

During the chat, Nora said, “I had a podcast last year where we spoke about feminism, and then certain small clips come out on reels and TikTok, and they get blown up. People miss the context. What I advocate for is that extremism is something I am totally against. I come from a single parent, and I miss that nuclear family. I know how important it is to have the presence of two parents, whether it’s a mom and a dad, or two moms or two dads, but a nuclear family where you have two parents, security, love, attention, and discipline. I advocate for all of that."

She explained that she would approach the issue from a child's point of view. She expressed a desire for a home with two parents, noting the potential for emotional challenges in adulthood. She emphasized the importance of balance, encouraging people to pursue their goals and work hard while also advocating for men to take responsibility. She questioned why independence and strength couldn't coexist with mutual support and balance within relationships.
