Niti Taylor to Play Lead in ALT Balaji’s Next!

India’s one of the fastest-growing OTT platforms, ALT Balaji has come up with several original content recently, including The Test Case, Bose, Broken But Beautiful among others. The platform’s latest release was Coldd Lassi and Chicken Masala which has been creating a buzz. Now, what we hear is that the streaming site is gearing for its upcoming web series, which will be a horror drama.

If reports are to be believed, actress Niti Taylor who was last seen in Star Plus’ Ishqbaaaz has bagged the lead role in the series titled Blackwoods for ALT Balaji. The series will mark her digital debut. Also, friends and actors Karan Wahi and Rithwik Dhanjani have come together to produce the series under their banner Lil Frodo Productions.

Niti who played the lead role in MTV India’s Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan and Ghulam recently got engaged a few weeks back. The actress took everyone by surprise when she announced her engagement with beau Parikshit Bawa.
