Nimrit Ahluwalia on Women's Day: There is nothing a woman can’t do, women are indeed superheroes

Today is International Women's Day and the world is celebrating women, for all the good work they are doing, the heights they are reaching, and everyone else. On this occasion, Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia spoke to India Forums about the same, the most important woman in her life, and some more.

ln an exclusive conversation with us, the Choti Sarrdaarni actress told us, 

''I believe that it's a blessing to be born as a woman. Every woman has superpowers. From holding the family together to walking step to step with men across all professional fronts, there is nothing a woman can’t do. Women are indeed superheroes with invisible capes.” 

Further, on being asked about the most important woman in her life, she said, 

"It's none other than my mother. She is the one who has always given me courage to dream big and supported my vision. She has been my strength in both my good days and bad days. She is my inspiration. And she constantly makes me want to be a better version of myself, a better human being. I love her more than anything/ anyone else in the world.”

Sharing her plans for Women's day, she added, 

"I specifically don't have any plan for the day because I am shooting. But yes, I will give get together with my girlfriends to have a cosy dinner at home after shoot."
