New year's celebrations in Bigg Boss 16: Family members to enter and stay with the contestants

This season of Bigg Boss is doing pretty well in terms of ratings. All the contestants of the show are leaving no stones unturned in entertaining the audience which is why the show has also received a four week extension. 

Well, the makers of Bigg Boss 16 are all set to introduce yet another entertaining twist in the show. A source close to the show tells us that the family members of the contestants of the show are all set to enter the house on the 31st of December and that the contestants will be seen bringing in the new year with their respective family members. What we also know is that the family members will stay back in the show for a day with the contestants and will be seen playing alongside them. However, an official confirmation on this news by the channel awaits.

Talking about this week in the show, the audience was in for a roller coaster of entertainment. While we have learned that Shiv Thakarey is the new captain of the Bigg Boss house, Ankit Gupta's shocking eviction too left the audience stunned. While the audience witnessed a new member aka Maahim, the dog in the show, Archana and Vikas's ugly spat in the episode today is also all set to bring in some shocking twists.
