Popular GEC Colors launched the much-hyped magnum opus 'Dastaan-E-Mohabbat: Salim Anarkali', featuring talented actors Shaheer Sheikh and Sonarika Bhadoria in lead roles, in October this year. But the historical show failed to deliver as per expectations. Ever since its launch, 'Dastaan-E-Mohabbat: Salim Anarkali' is fetching low TRPs despite many twists and turns.
With various shows expected to launch on the channel, 'Dastaan-E-Mohabbat: Salim Anarkali' is reportedly set to get a new time slot soon.

Recently, TV actress Heli Daruwala made her entry as 'Maan Bai' to spice-up the show. But, the show's ratings are still on the lower side. However the makers of Colors show, which explores the love story of Mughal Emperor Salim and his ladylove Anarkali, are still confident that the storyline has potential.
According to an entertainment portal, Colors' upcoming show 'Kesari Nandan' will be replacing 'Dastaan-E-Mohabbat: Salim Anarkali' at the time-slot of 8:30 pm. Post which, Shaheer Sheikh & Sonarika Bhadoria starrer show will be shifted to the late night time slot of 11:30 pm from 1st January 2019.
However, the actors or makers of 'Dastaan-E-Mohabbat: Salim Anarali' are yet to react on the same.
Speaking about 'Kesari Nandan', the upcoming show will showcase the life and struggles of a woman wrestler. Produced by Contiloe Pictures, the show is said to be loosely based on Aamir Khan's Dangal'. Featuring child actress Chahat Tewani, Manav Gohil, Aastha Chaudhary, Ankit Arora among others in important roles, 'Kesari Nandan' will premiere on Colors from 1st January 2019.
