Neetu Kapoor wishes Karwa Chauth to her 'jaans' Alia Bhatt & Riddhima Kapoor Sahani

Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt, who got married to Ranbir Kapoor in April will be celebrating her first Karwa Chauth. The couple got hitched in a private wedding ceremony at RK's Bandra residence. Well looks like Alia Bhatt's mother -in-law is quite excited for her bahu's first Karwa Chauth. For unversed, on this day, married women are seen fasting and praying for the long life and well-being of their husbands. 

Talking of which Neetu Kapoor took to her social media handle to wish her daughter-in-law for the same.

On Thursday afternoon, Neetu shared a picture from Ranbir and Alia's wedding. It featured her daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and Alia. She was seen wishing her 'jaans' on the special occasion. The veteran actress wrote, "Wishing my beauties Happy Karva Chauth @riddhimakapoorsahniofficial @aliaabhatt #myjaans."

Riddhima responded to the touching post shortly after her mom had shared it. While Alia has not yet responded, she was seen dropping red heart emojis in the comments section. Even Neetu's followers were seen swooning over her post. "Awww alia's first karva chauth," one fan said. Another supporter remarked, "How sweet."

Talking about the work front, Neetu was last seen in JugJugg Jeeyo with Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani and Anil Kapoor. She was highly praised for her performance. She is now all set to be seen in a new project with Sunny Kaushal.

Meanwhile, the Gangubai Kathiawadi actress will be next seen in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani with Ranveer Singh. She also has Jee Le Zaraa with Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif. Soon, she will be making her Hollywood debut with Heart of Stone.
