Neetu Kapoor shares old picture with late husband Rishi Kapoor to celebrate 47th anniversary of Khel Khel Mein

On Tuesday, actress Neetu Kapoor took a trip down memory lane by sharing old photos with her late husband, actor Rishi Kapoor. Neetu shared the photos on Instagram Stories to celebrate the 47th anniversary of her and Rishi Kapoor's film Khel Khel Mein. 

Rishi was seen in the first photo holding Neetu's cheeks with a surprised expression on her face. In a scene from the film, the couple appeared to be standing in a forest. Neetu wore a blue polka-dotted shirt and a skirt for the scene. Rishi chose a dark outfit. Neetu captioned the photo, "47 years of #khelkhelmein (red heart emojis)." 

Both had shocked expressions on their faces in the second image. The two were standing behind a small tree, wearing different outfit shoes and looking at someone. Neetu was dressed in red with matching boots and a shawl around her neck. Rishi wore a black T-shirt underneath a denim jacket and pants. He also wore a muffler around his neck. 

Khel Khel Mein (1975), directed by Ravi Tandon, is a suspense thriller film based on Louis Thomas' novel Good Guys Don't Kill. The film also starred Rakesh Roshan, Iftekhar, Dev Kumar, and Aruna Irani in addition to Rishi and Neetu. 

Neetu and Rishi appeared in a number of films, including Zehreela Insaan (1974), Zinda Dil, Rafoo Chakkar (1975), Doosra Aadmi and Amar Akbar Anthony (1977), Pati Patni Aur Woh and Anjane Mein (1978), Jhoota Kahin Ka (1979), Dhan Daulat (1980), Do Dooni Chaar (2010), and Besharam (2011). 

The couple married in 1980 and have two children, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and actor Ranbir Kapoor. Rishi passed away on April 30, 2020, after a battle with cancer. 

Neetu's next film will be Raj Mehta's Jug Jugg Jeeyo, Anil Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani, Prajakta Koli, and Maniesh Paul also appear in the film. Jug Jugg Jeeyo will be released in theatres on June 24.
