Nawazuddin Siddiqui receives notice from the court after his wife Aaliya Siddiqui files complaint
Reportedly, the court has now issued a notice to Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui has been served a notice by a Mumbai court after his wife Aaliya Siddiqui filed a complaint over a fresh dispute. As reported earlier, Nawaz's mother Mehrunisa Siddiqui had filed an FIR (First Information Report) against the actor's wife for alleged trespassing and even claiming that Aaliya is not Nawaz's wife.
Aaliya, on the other hand, went the legal way and recorded her statement at the Versova Police Station. She claimed that Nawazuddin and his family neglected to give her food, basic necessities, or even access to the restrooms. Aaliya responded to Mehrunisa's complaint by filing a counterclaim under sections 498A (a husband or relative of a spouse subjecting a woman to cruelty) and 509 (an insult to modesty) in response to Mehrunisa.
Well now a latest report from Times Now claimed that the Kick actor has received a notice from Mumbai's Andheri court regarding the complaint made by his wife. Aaliya's lawyer confirmed the real purpose for her attendance in Mumbai was to face the actor for allegedly "endangering the security" of their little daughter when she accompanied him on a vacation to Dubai, despite rumours to the contrary.
The lawyer also said, Nawaz's manager has received his notice and even the actor has received his notice but non of them have bothered to respond. They have kept quiet and even threatened.
Talking about the case, the hearing of all these cases is due in the coming days.
