Natasha is a boss lady with a dominating nature: Rutuja Sawant on entering ‘Chashni’

After winning accolades for her performance in her previous shows, actress Rutuja Sawant is currently entertaining the viewers with a new character and she is all excited about it. She is seen in the Star Plus show ‘Chashni’. Rutuja is seen entering the show in a grand manner. She plays the character of Natasha Mehra in the show.

India Forums got in touch with actress Rutuja Sawant to know more about her character in ‘Chashni’, she said, "I am playing the role of Natasha in the show. She is a very strong woman who has come back to take revenge. My character is layered and has shades in it. This role that I am playing is pivotal and different from what I have done before. I feel that it’s an amazing character to play on screen for me."

Further revealing whether she relates to her character, Rutuja says, "Well, Rutuja and Natasha are two different personalities. While I am a bubbly and soft-spoken girl, Natasha is a bossy lady with a dominating nature. So, there are a lot of differences between Natasha and me."

I am playing the role of Natasha in the show. She is a very strong woman who has come back to take revenge. My character is layered and has shades in it. Sharing her excitement about her new show, Rutuja says, "I feel incredibly thrilled about my new endeavour. I am having a great time filming the show because everyone has a positive vibe embedded in their personality. Hence, the whole experience of shooting has been incredible and fantastic."

Professionally, Rutuja was last seen in the Colors TV show 'Pishachini.'Apart from this, she is popularly known for her acting chops in the Star Plus show Mehndi Hai Rachne Waali and Colors TV show Choti Sarrdaarni.
