Narayani Shastri to play a 17th century queen in 'Dhruv Tara – Samay Sadi Se Pare'

Dhruv Tara, Sony SAB's upcoming family romance drama, follows the journey of Dhruv and Tara, who are from two different eras. The show is set to break through the clutter with a love story never seen on television before. Tara, a princess from the 17th century, travels against the grain of time and arrives in the present day, where she meets Dhruv. Continuing its focus on shows that appeal to every member of the family, Dhruv Tara is yet another exciting offering from Sony SAB which is all set to warm the hearts of the viewers with its wonderful storytelling and fantastic characters.

With Ishaan Dhawan and Riya Sharma in the lead roles as Dhruv and Tara, actress Narayani Shastri will be joining them. She will be seen playing Rani Kanupriya, mother of the princess Tara. She lives with grace, bravery, and thoughtfulness. She loves her family and is a dutiful wife and a mother. The actress has been in the industry for more than two decades and now it will be interesting to see her in a new avatar on Sony SAB.
