Nana denies allegations replying to State Commission for Women

Bollywood actor Nana Patekar yet again denied all the allegations levelled by Tanushree Dutta; read below for more details...


In the wake of #MeToo movement, Bollywood actor Nana Patekar was allegedly accused of sexual harassment by actress Tanushree Dutta. No sooner, she revealed the incidence which took place on the sets of 'Horn Ok Pleasss' back in 2008, many celebs stood up against the sexual predators in the industry.  

However, Nana has been constantly denying the allegations levelled by the actress. Recently, the Maharashtra State Commission for Women had sent out a notice to everyone who has been accused. According to the reports, a notice was sent out on October 9, 2018, and in a recent turn of events, Patekar has replied to the allegations levelled against him. Samee Siddiqui and Patekar have now replied to the commission's notice, and Patekar, in his response of two and a half pages has outright denied all the allegations.  

Adding to it, Nana Patekar's lawyer, Advocate Rajendra Shirodhkar, in a statement said that they have submitted their response to the commission and currently, it is a matter of subjudice. He further added that since an FIR has also been registered in the case, there is nothing more that can be revealed just as yet.
