MTV Beats brings a heady mix of love and music to drive away your lockdown blues!

Intending to make a difference through music amidst the ongoing pandemic, MTV Beats presents fresh content offerings to engage its viewers and lift their spirits. Starting 14th May, the channel will air two new shows - MTV Beats Sessions From Home, every Thursday at 12PM onwards along with a special lockdown version of the iconic property Dil Beats with Darshan Raval, launching 20th May, every Wednesday, 12PM onwards. 

MTV Beats Sessions from Home will give a chance to our music lovers to indulge in unplugged versions of Bollywood’s most popular songs and groove along with their favorite artists like Jonita Gandhi, Lisa Mishra, Nikhita Gandhi, Shashwat Singh and many more. Not just that. While performing, each artist will also share anecdotes about each song to satiate our fans’ filmy appetite. We also have in store MTV Beats Wants To Know, a fun and zappy rapid-fire that’s sure to have our favorite artists go tongue-tied like never before!

Commenting on her association with the show, prolific singer Jonita Gandhi said, “MTV Beats’ Sessions from Home is a unique platform to offer a musical respite during this lockdown. Darshan Raval is back and in a new avatar as the virtual Love dost who will solve lockdown love problems. Post the astounding success of the last 2 seasons, the channel brings a unique rendition of its most loved show, Dil Beats with Darshan Raval. Premiering every Wednesday, this version will have musical heartthrob Darshan Raval present real-life lockdown wali love stories and discuss challenges of keeping love fresh and exciting, in the current scenario. Viewers will also be asked to share their real-life love stories on social media and talk about their ‘lockdown’ relationships.
