Mohammad Shami's wife slams cricketer as uncaring father; says his love is just for the cameras

Indian cricketer Mohammed Shami’s marital life has been far from peaceful. His separation from his wife Hasin Jahan made news for multiple reasons. There were some serious allegations levelled on the cricketer and his family. Their daughter Aaira was born in 2015. She is now eight years old. The girl lives with her mother, and occasionally gets to spend time with her father. The couple had a dirty custody battle for her as well. She recently spent some time with her dad. Mohammed Shami made a video on the same and posted it on social media.

He wrote, “Time stood still when I saw her again after a long time. Love you more than words can say, Bebo.” Now, Livemint has reported that the Indian player’s show of love in fake. Hasin Jahan told a news portal, “It's just for the sake of showing off. My daughter's passport has expired. Shami's signature is required for the new passport. That is why she went to meet her father but Shami did not sign.”

She also hinted that he was stingy about his daughter. Hasin Jahan said Shami took her to a shop that retails the brand, which he advertises for. He got shoes and clothes for his daughter, which his wife claims he did not have to pay for.

Hasin Jahan said that his daughter wanted a guitar and a camera. He did not get her those items. She has said that Mohammed Shami never checks on his daughter, and is only busy with himself. It seems they had met a month back. Jahan said he did not make any post about their visit. She was quoted as saying, “I think there was nothing to post now, so he uploaded this video.”

It seems Mohammed Shami and Hasin Jahan fell head over heels with one another and soon married. In 2018, they separated after she accused him of adultery and domestic violence.
