Megha Ray on Apna Time Bhi Aayega going off-air: 'Goodbyes always come with a tinging feeling

Megha Ray, who has played the character of Rani in the show Apna Time Bhi Aayega got talking to India Forums about the show going off-air, what is in store for her next, and some more. The team shot for their last on Friday and the last episode will be airing this week, as the show bids adieu to fans after a fair run of one year.

This show was her first big break as a pivotal character or as we call it, in a "lead" role. Ask her how does she feel with the show going off-air, she says, ''Technically, its my second show. But it's my first big break. My last show went off-air in 4 months and this went for almost a year, so it was a good run. This show was also a huge learning for me as an actor - I got to learn the wide range of emotions, and also technicalities of how shooting happens- both off and on screen.''

Ask her how difficult it is to bid goodbye to a show which is very close to her heart and she adds, ''Goodbyes always come with a tinging feeling. I think this show is ending on a very positive note, so I am gonna miss a lot of things. Many days are gonna be weird as the regular schedule is gonna break. I believe nothing is permanent and every journey has to end someday.''

On what's ahead of her, she says, ''I am not a person who plans things. I like to live life one day at a time so I will just work to find a challenging character who can creatively satisfy me as well. Yes, if possible would like to go on catching up with my friends.''
