The state of Maharashtra announced a two-week-long lockdown, which in turn lead to the various shoots in the state coming to a halt. Unlike last time, when everything was shut down and makers depended on the bank of episodes, this time around, they decided to shift base to different cities, including the likes of Goa, Hyderabad, and more.
However, yesterday, Goa imposed a lockdown from 10 p.m. on Thursday to 7 a.m. on Monday. And this has lead to the question behind the future of shoots happening in the UT, once again. Shows like Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Ekta Kapoor shows like Molkki, Kundali Bhagya, among others, are currently being shot in Goa.
Now, sources closes to the shows have it that the makers may have to move to a different city and relocated once again. Since Goa is observing a strict lockdown, the makers have been asked to pack their bags and shift their base to someplace else. Meanwhile, another source close to one of the shows being shot in Goa tells us that shoots are happening smoothly as they have created a bio-bubble. However, the source further added that how will things continue depends on further information coming in regarding the same.
