'Lies will be exposed': Sushant Singh Rajput’s family lawyer reveals crucial call details with AIIMS Dr Sudhir Gupta

In the report submitted by AIIMS to the CBI on September 29, the six-member team of forensic doctors termed Sushant’s death ‘a case of hanging and death by suicide’. 

Sushant Singh Rajput's family is unhappy with the AIIMS report and their family lawyer Vikas Singh has also requested the CBI for a new forensic team.

And now, Vikas Singh has shared some crucial call details with AIIMS Dr Sudhir Gupta. While speaking to Republic TV, Singh shared that Dr Gupta had called him after Sushant's father filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty. 

He said, “When the Sushant tragedy happened and we got the FIR registered, he [Gupta] only rang me up."

"There were two photos floating around, a morphed one which somebody had created and the one Meetu had taken from her camera. So I sent him Meetu's photos and his immediate, spontaneous reaction was that if this photo is genuine, then this line he sees on Sushant's neck is a 200% death by strangulation. This kind of mark will not come by the cloth with which he is supposed to have hanged," Singh shared.

Furthermore, Vikas Singh also added that he did not record the call. "I'm not the kind of person who records calls, but in retrospect, I should have. But I'm sure when this goes to further examination his lies will be exposed" he said. 

Meanwhile, Vikas Singh has written a letter to the director of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), calling the forensic report submitted by the AIIMS panel as ‘faulty.'
