KWK7: Did Sara & Janhvi throw hints at Vijay Deverakonda & Rashmika Mandanna's relationship?

The 7th season of the cult talk show Koffee With Karan commenced with a bang and is getting juicer, exciting, and intriguing with each passing episode. Even before the 2nd episode aired, the promos and sneak peek had generated a massive buzz on social media. In the 2nd episode, Karan's couch was graced by Bollywood BFFs Sara Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor. 

Well, if there was any doubt regarding the fact of how strong their bond is, this episode proved that the two share a great camaraderie and are true friendship goals. 

But what peaked the attention of the viewers was how cheesy the episode was and intentionally or unintentionally, a lot got brewed by the divas when it came to Vijay Deverakonda.

The conversation started when Karan Johar, the show's host, prompted Sara to "name of a boy you feel like you want to date today." When Sara finally said, "Vijay Deverakonda," after initially hesitating, Janhvi Kapoor's reaction was too good to miss. By the way, Janhvi Kapoor revealed during Koffee With Karan 6 that she had a crush on Vijay Deverakonda. Sara then enquired as to Janhvi's liking for Vijay. Sara can "enjoy the cheese" now, Janhvi finally said after a protracted drill of questions.

The "cheese" reference became a recurring phenomenon throughout the episode especially during the rapid fire questions. 

During the round, Janhvi Kapoor was also asked, "Do you keep a tab on the social media accounts of your contemporaries?" Janhvi replied, "I did and at one point I was very intrigued by how Rashmika (Mandanna)'s Instagram was growing." Sara Ali Khan interrupted saying, "How cheesy."

To be noted, Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika, co-starred in films like Geeta Govindam and Dear Comrade and were also rumoured to be dating for the longest time.

Looks like this banter between the actresses dropped a hint bomb about Viajy and Mandanna's relationship status.
