Kunwar Amarjeet Singh: There is no female lead in my upcoming large short film!

Handsome Kunwar Amarjeet Singh, who rose to fame as Ray in Dil Dosti Dance is all set to be a part of an experimental project. Kunwar will be seen in a short film tentatively named Niyati. Though chances are that the movie may get a English title. The short film also star popular actor Mukesh Tiwari aka Vasooli Bhai.  

We reached out to Kunwar Amarjeet Singh to know more about the film.

What is the short film about?

It is a large short film as it is a 40 minute long film. Mukesh Tiwari is my co-star in the film. The story is about two people, coming together and trying to survive. The story further goes with their meeting and what happens between them.

We heard it is a sci-fi film, Is it?

This movie is one of its own kind. Mostly sci-fi and time travel is involved in the film. A lot of graphics and VFX is used in the making. There is no female lead in the movie.

How did you prepare for the role?

It is a very different role for me as till now I have been a dancer or a romantic hero, but now in this short film I had to literally push my boundaries as there were no cool boy look or fancy clothes or dance involved. So I had to work hard for the role but I really enjoyed it.

 What did you have in mind while making the short film?

The writer and director of the film are my own students, when I was a dance teacher. The reason for making this film was to reach the right audience and bring up different stuff in the industry as it is a very competitive world out there. We wanted to showcase our talent.

When can we expect the film to release?

The movie is almost done and ready for the showcase. Just last things are getting finalized now.The movie will release next month.
