Our favorite, Dr. Preeta aka Shraddha Arya from Kundali Bhagya is all set to make her debut into the Punjabi film industry. The gorgeous actress who has been entertaining the audience with her amazing acting chops and is very excited for her new film titled 'Banjara - The Truck Driver'.

Shraddha took to her Instagram to share the poster of her film and asked for the love and support of her fans.

"It's a Punjabi film, it has many flavours. The movie is named Banjara because it has been shot on the roads and based on the life of truck drivers. The legendary Babbu Maan is playing a truck driver in the movie, he is a renowned person not just in India but overseas, it was great fun shooting for the movie." says Shraddha.

Talking about her character, Shraddha revealed, "I'm playing an overexcited girl who is on a run, running away from a place inorder to achieve something." When asked about her plans for bollywood she said, "No plans for bollywood, I'm not even concentrating on bollywood. I'm going to carry on with Punjabi films, looking forward to do more Punjabi films."

Banjara is a Punjabi Film helmed by Mushtaq Pasha produced under Rana Ahluwalia and Maan Films starring Babbu Maan, Rana Ranbir, Gurpreet Bhangu, Shraddha Arya Jia Mustafa. The movie is set in three different eraa - 1947, 1984 and 2018 and the Punjabi superstar Babbu Maan will be seen playing a different character in each year.

Shraddha started her career with Zee TV's India's Best Cinestars Ki Khoj and has come a long way. She has worked in shows like Dream Girl - Ek Ladki Deewani Si, Tumhari Pakhi, Main Lakshmi Tere Aangan Ki among others.
