Zee TV show 'Maitree' is getting the love of the audiences. The current track of the show revolves around Maitree and Nandani's strained relationship. Vasundhara manipulated Nandani after she got out of the coma and made her believe that Nandani took away her son Nandish and even her husband Ashish. Nandani is completely against Maitree.

Now, India Forums has learned about an exciting news about the show. Sources tell us that the show might witness a grand new entry which will turn the story of the show upside down. The character is said to be Maitree's love interest.

A little birdie has informed that 'Guddan Tumse Na Hopayega' actor Nishant Singh Malkani and 'Ziddi Dil Maane Na' actor Kunal Karan Kapoor have been roped in for the role. Highly placed sources tell us that Kunal Karan Kapoor has already done the mock shoot for the role on the sets of the show.

While Nishant has worked with Zee TV before with 'Guddan Tumse Na Hopayega', Kunal has worked with 'Maitree' producers Sunshine Pvt Ltd. It will be interesting to see who bags the project.
