Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala To Not Return With Season 2 or Spin-off

As reported by us earlier, Star Plus’ musical drama Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala starring Aakriti Sharma and Mohit Malik in lead roles is all set to go off air. Helmed by Gul Khan and Nilanjana, the unique storyline of the show has impressed the audience and they feel connected to the characters and their lives. 

Now, the news of show going off air will definitely disappoint the fans of the show. 

We got in touch with the show’s co-producer Nilanjana about the show going off-air and she said, “Kullfi is a wonderful show and I’m happy it has entertained audiences for almost two years, but the news is true that it is going to end on 7th of February.”

We further asked if the show will return with a season 2 or a spin-off and she said, “There will be no second season or spin-off of Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala.”

For past few weeks, the show witnessed a major blow when the channel decided to change the time slot of the show from 8:30 PM to 6:30 PM to accommodate Yehh Jaadu Hai Jinn Ka. Well, as the show is going off-air now, Mahesh Bhatt and Gurudev Bhalla’s new show will be replacing it on the channel.
