'Kulfi Kumar Bajewala' to replace this Star Plus show...

Star Plus is all set to launch new show, Kulfi Kumar Bajewala, which will be produced by Gul Khan and Nilanjana Purkayasstha (Invictus T Mediaworks). The storyline is based on Potol Kumar Gaanwala, which currently broadcasts on Star Jalsha.

The teaser of the show is already on-air and the latest we hear is that the show will be replaced by Ikyawann which will be pulled off within three months of its release.

According to our sources, the show will be going off-air by March but things are not yet finalised.
Well, only time will tell what is in store for Ikyawann. Stay tuned for further updates..

If this news is true...Its just ridiculous!!! Star Plus is going from bad to worse. I cant believe that a channel like SP can be this stupid...Come on even a 15 year old will hold better Business strategies than the SP team. Instead on revamping their current lineup of shows, they should first concentrate on revamping their Creative team...chuck them out!!! This Bengali show Polol Kumar has already been remade into 3 languages Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam. So in effect a new hindi show on SP with exactly the same story will have 0% audience from these 4 regions!!! Does SP really think that they dont usually have audience in these regions??? I am surprised people can be sooo dumb! Over the years now, I have realised that Gul Khan has no brains...but the whole creative team of SP too???

Oh no not again! Not another fresh concept with Gul and SP! Saw what happened to the last one. The actors are the only reason anyone even watches the show. The story went down the plughole ages ago and now it's total nonsense. This will be yet another disaster. But if it involves abuse then Gul will excel in it for sometime at least! Her favorite thing is abuse.

In her shows, women, kids, old people, everyone gets abused and tortured at some point. Expect more of the same with disclaimers at the bottom like her show on Zee!

This is remake of Bengali serial "Potol Kumar Gaanwala" which is a boring, nonsense show!

Dear Star Plus, you lost your charm long ago by such nonsense shows!! Bring some shows with fresh concepts!

I wish Star Plus bring the shows like they use to bring in star one...Totally Fresh concepts...This Ikyawann is a bullshittt !!...Such a stereotypical vengeance concept !!...Happy that it will go off air...I wish Star Plus change its logo and graphics too...

Gul Khan will again copy some scenes from her previous serials and make the story go round and round.. Also, this same plot serial is already running in Star Maa(Telugu) and Star Tamil
