Here comes some heart breaking news for the Darmiyaan fans.

The Star Plus show, which starred Shritama Mukherjee and Vibhav Roy in the lead roles had launched with a lot of hope but unfortunately did not make a mark on the TRP charts.

In an attempt to enhance the viewership, the makers replaced the protagonist characters by roping in Asha Negi and Aly Goni instead of the former leads, but it now looks like the production house has given up on its expectations.

A source states, "The Producers tried their best to make the show more gripping, which would engage the viewers but sadly, the show will soon bid adieu. 'Kuch Toh Hai Tere Mere Darmiyaan' will air its last telecast on January 2 next year."

When we contacted Aly Goni, he stated, "We have not been informed of any such development as of now."

There was no need of replacing the leads who were actually doing good. All they needed was to revamp the storyline. No offense to Asha. She is a talented actress but from the lil of what I saw she did not suit Koyel's character at all. Neither did Aly look good as Raj. How long can Gautam carry the show on his shoulders when all he had was a pathetic script?

No offence to the Asha Negi fans... She needs to grow up and should stop replacing lead actors of a show... She is an established and successful actress.. She should wait for good projects rather doing random shows

...there are shows which are doing extremely good with a very simple story are very common old story ...for example ' Naagin' same ekta's show, one million time we have seen that naagin taking revenge, every single person knew this story, still it is a block buster in spite of same naagin based show Adhuri kahaani hamari running parallely in other channel with very good cast.

asha needs to stop replacing main characters in low trp shows. she is not some newcomer who needs to grab any role coming her way in order to establish herself in the industry.
