The seating capacity of Nazrul Manch auditorium where KK performed yesterday is 2,500. while it can be stretched up to 3,000. However, for Krishnakumar's concert, the auditorium was jam-packed with a massive crowd of at least 7,000 people.

Taking a note of the temperature in May at the event the AC too was not functioning properly which resulted in high levels of humidity. Reports also stated that 5 doors were reportedly forced open for the crowd. Also after the incident now the role of organizers and auditorium authorities are in question.

However, Krishnakumar Kannath's health was reportedly not well for a couple of days and during the concert visuals of him asking for a towel have surfaced on social media. As he rushed out of the concert venue, KK, who was not feeling well, headed to the hotel first, at the hotel, he reportedly fell and even bruised his forehead.

The 53-year-old singer was then rushed to CMRI hospital where doctors declared him dead.

Just a while ago KK's family was seen arriving at the Kolkata airport. The singer's autopsy will also be conducted today.
