Kesari Nandan Girl Chahat Tewani Bags Vidya Balan’s Shakuntala Devi

Vidya Balan’s much-awaited film, Shakuntala Devi has already taken the audience abuzz with its announcement. Directed by Anu Menon, the film is based on the life of Shakuntala Devi, a mathematics genius, popularly known as ‘Human Computer’. Besides Balan, the film will feature Dangal fame Sanya Malhotra and Amit Sadh as Shakuntala Devi’s daughter and son-in-law.

As per reports, the makers have roped in child artist, Chahat Tewani for an interesting role. Tewani played the lead role in Colors’ Kesari Nandan and has appeared in shows like Udaan and Comedy Circus.

The film was recently shot in Mumbai after a detailed UK schedule. Produced by Sony Pictures Networks Productions and Vikram Malhotra and directed by Anu Menon, Shakuntala Devi will see a worldwide release in the summer of 2020.
