Katrina Kaif and Salman Khan made up for an amazing team in Ali Abbas Zafar’s Bharat, which emerged as a commercial success with a worldwide gross of Rs 325.58 crores. And now, the actress is all set to reunite with the filmmaker for a superhero film. Kat will be seen performing some never-seen-before stunts in the film.

In a recent interview with Mid Day, Ali Abbas Zafar has shared that the action film will be shot across various countries. He is currently looking out for locations and has already locked locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Next up, the filmmaker will head to Poland and Georgia for the recce. Ali also said, “We plan to shoot it across three to four countries."

Ali has visualised the action film as a larger-than-life story and is all set to gift Bollywood one of its first female superheroes.

Besides the foreign locations, the team will shoot a chunk of the film in India and have locked in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Delhi. “We need mountainous terrain for those portions," mentioned Ali.

Speaking about the recee process, Ali says that that scouting has become a tough task in the new normal. He said now every location demands a COVID-19 test, so it has become more time-consuming and heavy on the budget.

Speaking of Katrina Kaif's prep, the filmmaker states that the actress will have to undergo rigorous training for this actioner. The film demands an elaborate set-up so the makers will take the project on celluloid only next year after Katrina wraps up Phone Bhoot and Tiger 3. “She has been working out to maintain her agility, but as soon as she allots her dates, we will begin her physical prep," Ali concluded.
