Only recently, it was reported as why and how actor Katrina Kaif did not return from Austria to India with Salman Khan after wrapping up the Tiger 3 schedule.
And while she flew to London, she did so because she had some free time. And that free time was the reason that her shoot for Sriram Raghavan's film, which stars Vijay Sethupathi as the male lead, has been postponed. In fact, Raghavan's set, which was erected in Mumbai's Film City (Goregaon East) for the same, was brought down. Sources say the loss was in the vicinity of Rs 2 crore.
When Raghavan was contacted by ETimes as to why did that happen, he said, Raghavan, when contacted, he told, "The construction on the set had begun but we pulled it down because our October dates got shifted due to the pandemic".
Most shoots in Mumbai are happening as restrictions have been released. So why the issue here? To this he said, "Well, we were supposed to start in mid-September and then go ahead with another schedule in October. We did not get the permission to shoot as most of our shoot has to be done at night as per the requirements of the film."
We hope the situation is better soon and the makers are able to shoot again without much losses.
