Yash Raj Films head honcho and filmmaker Aditya Chopra turns 50 today. On his special day, dear friend and filmmaker Karan Johar went down the memory lane and dropped a priceless picture.

Karan took to his Instagram handle to wish ‘mentor and best friend’ Aditya Chopra on his 50th birthday. KJo treated fans with an unseen throwback picture that also features Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan. While the two filmmakers look almost unrecognisable, baby Aryan is just a spitting image of his superstar father King Khan.

Sharing the picture, Karan penned a sweet note and shared that Shah Rukh Khan clicked the picture two decades ago. He wrote:

“And just like that he's 50! So many memories ... so many movies... so many moments... He remains an unstoppable visionary! Silently and solidly takes on the studio mantle and creates barometers for everyone! Happy birthday to my mentor, best friend and chachu to my kids! Love you so much Adi! ( yes yes he exists!!) pic courtesy @iamsrk with us being dutiful uncles in goa! Two decades ago!”

Check out Karan Johar’s post below:

In a massive decision, Aditya Chopra has cancelled the grand golden jubilee of his production house Yash Raj Films and decided to donate the entire budget for Covid aid. The kitchens of the YRF studios have been opened to provide cooked meals to thousands of frontline workers in Goregaon and also feed people at quarantine centres in Andheri.
