Kangana Ranaut pens down a heartfelt note as she remembers Swami Vivekananda on his birth anniversary

On the occasion of Swami Vivekananda's birth anniversary, actress Kangana Ranaut shared a photograph of him on Wednesday. Kangana also wrote a touching tribute to him.

Kangana captioned a photo of Swami Vivekananda, "Warm Regards on Swami Vivekananda's birthday." She further added Vivekananda's quote that read, “I am proud to belong to a religion which has taught the world both tolerance and universal acceptance. We believe not only in universal toleration, but we accept all religions as true."

Kangana had also paid tribute to him last year. She wrote on Twitter, sharing a photo of Swami Vivekananda, "When I was lost you found me, when I had nowhere to go you held my hand when I was disillusioned by the world and had no hope you gave me purpose. There is no being, no God higher than you my Guru, you own every bit of my being.... #NationalYouthDay #SwamiVivekanandJayanti."

Kangana has four National Film Awards to her name. One for Best Supporting Actress for Fashion (2008) and three for Best Actress, for Queen (2014), Tanu Weds Manu Returns (2015), and the third for her performances in Manikarnika, Queen of Jhansi (2019). (2020). 

Kangana was most recently seen in Thalaivii as J Jayalalithaa alongside Arvind Swami. She will next be seen in Dhaakad, a film starring Arjun Rampal and Divya Dutta. Kangana will play the role of Agent Agni in the film. Aside from that, Kangana is working on Tejas. 

She will be seen as an Indian Air Force fighter pilot in Tejas. Sarvesh Mewara directs the film, which is produced by Ronni Screwvala. She is also currently producing Tiku Weds Sheru, a film starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Avneet Kaur.
