Kangana Ranaut And Sister Rangoli accused of spreading ‘Communal Hatred’; Bandra Court orders FIR against them!

Actress Kangana Ranaut and her sister Rangoli Chandel have once again landed in a soup after Bandra court in Mumbai has ordered an FIR against the Ranaut sisters. This time not only the actress but her sister/manager Rangoli Chandel too has come under the radar post-controversial statements.

The latest CNN News 18 report suggests that Mumbai’s Bandra Court has ordered an FIR against the Ranaut sisters. The actress is accused of spreading communal hatred following which the court has ordered an FIR. Reportedly, people named Munna Varali and Sahil Ashraf Syed have filed a petition in the Bandra court.

The report detailed the petition which mentioned that Kangana Ranaut is constantly trying to discredit Bollywood.  

From social media to TV, everywhere she is speaking out against Bollywood. She is constantly calling Bollywood the epicenter of nepotism and favoritism. The petition further stated that Kangana has created a gap between Bollywood's Hindu and Muslim actors. 

The petitioners (Munna Varali and Sahil Ashraf Syed) believe Kangana is making objectionable tweets which not only hurt religious sentiments but also promote hatred between the two communities.

After the petition was submitted, the Bandra court has ordered to register an FIR against Kangana for promoting communal hatred. 

Speculations are rife that the actress can be booked under section like 156 (3) of CRPC. Syed has provided the objectionable tweets to court and if there is strong evidence against her it could also lead to her arrest.

A few days ago, Kangana Ranaut landed in trouble after Karnataka Police lodged an FIR against the actress for statements on farmers through her official Twitter handle.
