Kangana gets her dream house

Mumbai, Sep 17 (IANS) Small town enchantress Kangana Ranaut has made it big. Proof? In two years or less Kangana Ranaut has bought her own place in Mumbai.

Kangana fell in love with her three-bedroom house the minute she saw it.

'But it was way too expensive. But you know how stubborn I am. I decided it's this house or none.'

The actress has been saving up to pay instalments for the house. 'Scrounging is more like it.'

Kangana, who reportedly gets paid in the vicinity of Rs.75 lakh (Rs.7.5 million), has been spending next to nothing on other activities.

'I could see nothing beyond the house. And now it's almost paid for. It's got three rooms - one for me, one for my sister and one for my parents whenever they visit. They can't come and stay with me permanently in Mumbai because they both work in Himachal.'

Incidentally, two other leading actresses, Priyanka Chopra and Rani Mukerji, too are shifting into their dream houses in the next few months.

'It's a race to the finish between us. Let's see who gets to her dream house first,' joked Kangana.
