Kai Po Che! These REPLACED characters made the show HIT!!

It's Makar Sankranti week and everyone is ready with their kites and maanjas. Its a great fun to celebrate Makar Sankranti with our close friends and family. Its all about til ke laddoo (sesame energy balls),  Undhiyu (a gujarati snack) and a lot of kites. The competition of whose kite stays longest in the sky is such a task! But it's really fun to cut and defeat some one's kite and scream at the top of your voice, "Kai Poo Cheee!" and "Lapeettt". 

Yes, there are amazing shows which had amazing characters playing pivotal parts. Talented actors were the part of different shows and due to some reasons they had to leave the show. Later, the new actors replaced the old one's with a bang! They carried their own charm in the show and even the audience accepted them with open arms. Lets look at THESE amazing characters that were HIT even after the actors playing them originally were replaced!

Giaa Manek Replaced by Devoleena Bhattacharjee

Our very own Gopi Bahu, from Saath Nibhaana Saathiya was a legit Bahu of the audience. It was a shocker for everyone when Giaa announced her decision to quit from the show. But Devoleena didn't just fill her shoes but even flaunted it very well! Yes, she managed to get the maximum attention from the audience and made them happy with her histronics.

Madhurima Tuli Replaced by Leena Jumani

Madhurima, who played Abhishek's (Shabbir Ahluwalia) girlfriend Tanu was a very important character in Kumkum Bhagya. When Madhurima decided to leave the show for a film shoot, the makers decided to replace her with Leena as they couldn't afford Tanu missing from the show. However, Leena just hit the character right! She was accepted by everyone and even the audience loved the character more after the replacement.

Karan Mehra Replaced by Vishal Singh

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been one of the longest running show. Everyone liked Naitik in the show, played by Karan Mehra. Unfortunately due to health issues, he had to leave the show and was replaced by Vishal Singh. The makers were very much confused by the replacement but Vishal did a good job of playing the character and made it hit.

Shilpa Shinde replaced by Shubhangi Atre Poorey

Shilpa Shinde played a pivotal role of Angoori Bhabhi in Bhabhiji Gharpar Hai. The show did really well but Shilpa had to quit the show and hence Shubhangi took off the character from there. Well, the audience was really fascinated by the replacement and took it in a positive way. The show has always entertained the audience and replacement made no difference.

Mihika Verma Replaced by Avantika Hundal

Mihika, who played the role of Mihika in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein left the show after the show took a leap as she did not want to play an older character in the show. The audience was really sad by her exit. But Avantika bagged in the role and played the part with the same charm. The audience accepted as well as loved the character. Avantika really pulled off Mihika's role to the hilt!

Shoaib Ibrahim Replaced by Dheeraj Dhoopar

Shoaib's character Prem who was Simar's husband was very popular among the audience. But due to some reasons, Shoaib had to make and exit from the show and Dheeraj had to come in. Dheeraj was very much nervous in the start about playing Prem, but he really worked hard and made it a hit. The audience liked the replacement and so did the makers.

Okay, replacements happen but not all the characters can manage to be the same. Here is a Kai Po Che that even after the replacement the actors did an amazing job of continuing the character and making it a bigger hit!
