Just-In: Kriti Sanon blessed with early-release of her film - 'Mimi'!

Actress Kriti Sanon is currently gearing up for her birthday bash as she turns 31 tomorrow (July 27). Now, on the occasion of her birthday, the makers have decided to release the film early.

Originally, the film was to be released on July 30. But, considering the excitement around the film, the makers have decided for the early release of Mimi.

Meanwhile, the buzz is, a pirated version of ‘Mimi’ was leaked, days before the official release date. Although there is still no official confirmation from the makers of the film, sources close to the producers said that the film has been pirated and the makers are looking at taking legal action in the case. The first copies of the film have been circulated on a chat-based app.

Mimi deals with a young woman who becomes a surrogate mother for an American couple. Directed by Laxman Utekar, the film is adapted from a Marathi film Mala Aai Vhhaychy! from 2011. The film features Pankaj Tripathi, Saie Tamhankar, Manoj Pahwa and Supriya Pathak.
