John Abraham injured on sets of Pagalpanti; doctor advices 20 days rest

Actor John Abraham is busing in wrapping up the final schedule of his upcoming film, Pagalpanti directed by Anees Bazmee. As per recent reports John met with an accident on the set while shooting an action sequence in a truck that caused a muscle tear. A source informed Mumbai Mirror about this medical emergency, said, “John has been advised rest for the next 20 days to avoid aggravating the injury. His co-actors Anil Kapoor, Arshad Warsi, Pulkit Samrat, Ileana D'Cruz and Kriti Kharbanda were also a part of the scene.”

Producer of the film, Kumar Mangat confirmed about this incident to Mumbai Mirror. He was explained, “It was a simple shot, but mistiming caused the injury. Ninety per cent of our shoot has been completed in London and Leeds. This is the last schedule in Mumbai which we will have to reschedule now. After a week, we will decide when to resume depending on how quickly he recovers. We will wrap up the film by June end.”

Along with John, Pagalpanti also features Anil Kapoor, Ileana D’cruz, Arshad Warsi, Pulkit Samrat, Kriti Kharbanda, Urvashi Rautela and Saurabh Shukla. The film is scheduled to release on the 22nd of November.
